The “Drone Theory & Design – COMPLETE” curriculum is written as a semester-long course if every activity is carried out. Our hope is this knowledge will provide a stimulus for the students to further explore the topic and develop their own creations and designs. You have the option to purchase drones and/or flight simulator software to enhance the experience, but no outdoor flying skills are part of this curriculum.

Although drones are not required for this curriculum, we give you the option of incorporating our “Ready-to-Fly” Indoor Toy Drones so your students can immediately have FUN while applying their knowledge!

Each drone is easy to fly and ready right out of the box. Just attach the props, prop guards, and landing struts. The transmitter requires 4 AAA batteries (not included). These drones are not programmable.($89 ea.)

Also, as an option, you may want to consider upgrading to the Tello drone.

These are great camera drones, with models capable of advanced flight maneuvers and programming. The Tello drone is specifically needed for our DRONE PROGRAMMING curriculum if that is in your future. We offer various packages for the Tello.
